Integration and Alliances
OpenX Technologies seeks alliances with vendors of medical information systems
who wish to take advantage of TeleAttendant's most prominent
characteristic-rapid payback and highly demonstrable positive impact on
profitability.
Besides acting as a highly effective standalone system, TeleAttendant can be
integrated in any health care information system either to provide a complete
appointment managing module, or as an IVR element in existing systems.
Building on an entirely modern code base, TeleAttendant has been successfully
integrated both with legacy systems and the most modern scheduling tools in the
markets, giving customers the familiarity of their old systems with the power
of TeleAttendant answering their calls and booking appointments.
One major reason for this capacity is that nearly all appointment management
systems and modules are based on filling calendars. TeleAttendant, on the other
hand, is a scheduler that builds calendars based on complex features such as
restrictions and constraints derived from minimum or maximum time allowable
durations between various procedures, client availability, procedures for which
double booking should be allowed, rotated or floating provider schedules, split
procedures and patient preferences.
In highly complex scheduling environments such as medium to large sized
hospitals with successful scheduling optimization packages, TeleAttendant can
add IVR capacities that allow vendors to give their customers easily
demonstrable bottom line advantages. In other, less sophisticated environments,
from the small hospital down to the single doctor, TeleAttendant can provide
these same bottom line advantages coupled with sophisticated appointment
management integrated with the clinic's existing management system
